There is just something so warm and comfortable about an “old” friend. They know everything about you and still like you anyway!(LOL) So for 3 days Carrie and I shopped, got our nails done, went out to lunch, drove to the beach, stayed up late, slept in late and just hung out and talked for hours. It was much needed girlfriend time and I am so grateful that she let me come down!
Okay now for the photography side....I really, really wanted to play around with sunset pictures and sun flares while I was there. I even practiced a sun flare picture on my flight - I would have never have guessed that this would be my ONLY sun flare picture of my trip. 
We did go down to La Jolla (one of my favorite San Diego beaches) and I was able to take some fun beach pictures.
I remember holiding "baby" Steph in my arms......now a beautiful young woman!
21 Years together....oh the stories I could tell......
I thought this metal bar was really cool. Anyway....I'll post more pictures tomorrow. Really!!!
